Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Virginia Grant and I am a licensed (W-359949) Title Rep with Florida Agency Network representing both Smart Title and Paramount Title at their Winter Haven locations. I have had my Real Estate License and I used to manage an REO Brokerage firm and handled all of the listings, kept the files FREC Compliant, monitored the emails, took the office calls and most importantly I CUT THE COMMISSION CHECKS LOL so I know the REALTOR profession – I have done your job and most importantly I respect how hard your they work.
I started my title career in 1991 in the basement of Guardian Title, in Princeton, New Jersey, as the copy girl and literally worked my way up doing general office administration – typing title commitments – doing closings and eventually earned my Title Producer License and became a title examiner and office manager.
In 2003 I left the cold and snow and moved my family to Polk County Florida. I currently live in Bartow, FL, taking care of my mother and my brother and love my little town. I have worked as a Real Estate Paralegal handling commercial closing as well as worked for a lender in their loss mitigation/foreclosure department, but my first love has always been residential title. Helping families through the sale and purchase of their new home is an honor.
When I am not working in Real Estate, I love crafting and singing. I am either home making something to give to family or clients or I am at the American Legion singing and enjoying Karaoke.
